Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap “People” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
- Perform one of the steps below:
- To block an existing contact: mark the check box next to it and tap “Save”. (Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account)
- To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Tap “Messages” on the home screen
- Tap & hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block messages from
- From the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Unblock contacts”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen and open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when busy”, or “Forward when unanswered”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
