Block Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Select “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contacts: tap the check box associated with the contact, tap “Save”, and optionally press “OK” to copy the contact information to another account
- To block a new number: enter the phone number and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Press “Menu” > “remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contacts to unblock and tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Tap “Messages” on the home screen
- Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
- In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Tap “Messages” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the contact / number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable”
- Tap “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
