Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Add”
- Follow one of the steps below:
- To block an existing contact: check the box associated with it and tap “Save”. Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “remove blocked contacts”
- Select the desired contact and tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- From the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Tap the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Turn On Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Launch “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
- Tap “Update”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select a forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
