Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
  5. Tap “Update” to confirm

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  4. Tap “Disable

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “people” and tap “Menu
  3. Access “Manage contacts” and tap “Blocked contacts
  4. Tap “Add” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block an existing contact: tick the boxes associated with the contact and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account before blocking
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “People
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu
  4. Tap “Remove blocked contacts” and select the desired contact
  5. Tap “Delete

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Block contact” in the “Message options” pop-up

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list
  3. Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts
