Turn ON Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can also tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Access “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts” to confirm
