Need recommendation for Bluetooth earpiece

I currently have a Motorola HS 820 Bluetooth earpiece. Quite simply, it isn't
loud enough, even at full volume. It's hard to hear a soft-voiced person over
normal road noice with that device.

I have been using it with a Motorola v551 and now with a Razr V3xx.

Can anyone recommend a BT earpiece that will be loud enough for me?
