Oxygen Phone Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/opm2/ ) and Oxygen Express
( http://www.oxygen-express.com/ ) will do the job. With Oxygen Phone
Manager II you can download Nokia 3300 phonebook, save all or selected
contacts, delete unwanted contacts, modify contacts parameters, create new
contacts, upload changes to the phone, manage caller group names and tones,
import the phonebook from Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Windows Address
Book and Microsoft Excel ( .CSV ) formats and export the phonebook to
Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Windows Address Book, Microsoft Word (
..rtf ), Microsoft Excel ( .csv, .diff, .slk, .xls ), Internet documents (
..xml ), Database ( .dbf ) or plain-text (fixed-size columns or
tab-delimited) formats. You can also back the whole phonebook up and restore
it anytime you wish.

Oxygen Express provides only backup, erase and restore functionality only-
it is more simple smart product, if you need just to back your data up, but
not modify them.

We support this phone in Lite version of Oxygen Phone Manager II also (
http://opm-2.com/opm2lite/ ) .

Note: contact deletion is available in full registered versions of both
products. Oxygen Phone Manager II Lite version doesn't allow to upload the
phonebook data and supports the phonebook section in readonly mode. Oxygen
Phone Manager II trial version allows to upload or modify one phonebook
entry per one program session. Oxygen Express trial version doesn't allow to
restore phonebook data (it backs them up only).

PS: you need a special cable to connect this phone for data synchronization
purposes. You cannot use DKU-2 cable for data synchronization, as this cable
isn't anyhow physically connected with the phone section. You need special
technological F-Bus cable, which connects under the phone's battery. You can
