Enable DND (Do Not Disturb) via Settings:

  1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Do Not Disturb”
  3. You can manually enable / disable DND by enabling the “Manual” feature
  4. To schedule a time for when DND enables automatically, you can enable “Scheduled”
  5. To enable DND but allow certain calls, tap “Allow Calls From” and select a group, like “favorites”
  6. You can enable “Repeated Calls” to allow repeat callers to connect the phone call. NOTE: The repeat call must take place within the first 3 minutes of the original call in order for it to ring through

Enable DND Via Control Center:

  1. From the lock / home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the display to bring up the Control Center
  2. Tap the icon depicting the moon to enable / disable Do Not Disturb

Block a Number / Contact:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Access “Recents” or “Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact / number you want to block
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Block this Caller”
  5. Tap “Block Contact”

Unblock a Number / Contact:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone” > “Blocked”
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Tap the red “-“ button associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
  2. Tap the text message exchanged between yourself and the number you want to block
  3. Tap “Details” (upper-right corner)
  4. Tap the “i” (information) button
  5. Tap “Block this Caller” > “Block Contact”

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Messages”
  3. Tap “Blocked” > “Add new…”
  4. Select the contact you want to block

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap the desired text message / thread
  3. Tap “Details” in the upper-right corner
  4. Tap the “information” icon and select “Unblock this Caller”

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Access “Settings” and tap “Messages”
  2. Tap “Blocked” > “Edit”
  3. Tap the red “-“ icon associated with the number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Unblock”

Forward Calls:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone” > “Call Forwarding”
  3. Tap the slider to enable forwarding
  4. Tap “Forward to” and enter a phone number to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Call Forwarding”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Access “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap the slider to disable call forwarding
