Use iTunes on a Mac / Windows PC for Audio File Transfer:

  1. Launch iTunes on your computer
  2. Establish a USB connection between the computer and iPhone using the Lightning cable
  3. In iTunes, click the iPhone once it connects. (NOTE: If you can’t see the iPhone SE, click “View” > “Hide Sidebar”
  4. Go to the “Music” tab
  5. Enable “Sync Music” and select to sync “Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres”, or “Entire music library”
  6. To sync music videos and voice memos, you can enable “Include voice memos” and “Include music videos”
  7. Click “Apply” when you are ready to sync the selected audio files
  8. After the sync is done, eject the phone storage via system tray (Windows) or by dragging the phone’s virtual drive from the desktop into the “trash can” (on Mac)
  9. Once done, safely disconnect the iPhone SE from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Sound” > “Ringtone”
  3. Scroll to and tap the ringtone you want to use
  4. Press “Home” and the changes will be saved automatically

Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the SIM card.

  1. Launch “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Ringtone”
  5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “Done”

Change the Notification Sound:

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Sound”
  3. Select a notification type and choose the desired notification sound to use
  4. To save the changes automatically, press “Home”
