So my cell phone was stolen last night. I had a blackberry pearl. Went to at&t and got a new sim card, didnt buy a phone because im not good for an upgrade until 3 weeks from now. Wanted to use my brothers old Iphone for now, but realized it only works under it's own sim. So my question is, can I call at&t and get my sim info transferred to the sim card in the Iphone?

If you switch SIM cards the phone should work. The SIM is not tied to the phone. The SIM should work in any AT&T cell phone or any unlocked or unbranded GSM phone. Just put the SIM in the phone and it should work unless you need to activate the SIM. That can be done through Customer Service.

Re: Want to switch sim card info from one to another
If you are talking abot an iPhone, you must first activate the SIM card with AT&T and then activate the iPhone while connected to iTunes with that SIM card in the iPhone. If that is an original iPhone, you will incur a two year contract when you activate that phone.
You should ***** the phone as "iPhone" rather than "Iphone." It is easy to mistake an upper case "eye" as a lower case "ell."
