Info: Received a call from a number that had +82 in front of other numbers.

82 is the caller id code. when caller id was first started, i sent a letter to the texas utility commission blocking caller id on one of my land lines. if i called someone that had opted to refuse non-caller id calls i had to allow caller id for that call. i would do this by dialing 82 then waiting for another dial tone to dial the number. someone has called you from a non caller id phone. could be legit, could be not.
