Pls Help Error :500 message Moto I455

Hi,

I recently signed up for the new boost unlimited plan. Original phone was a I355. I purchased a Motorola I 455 and put the sim card from my i355 into the 455.Everything seems to work fine. Except I get a error:500 message when i try to surf the web. Please help!

did you update your phone model number on your account on boosts website..that might be causing that..

Yes, I did. I also tried the browser restart. In the detail part it say's that a 1019 complie error has occured

Sounds like a java problem, did you have java games on your sim?
Try using the NEW SIM that came with the phone and see if you get the same message... might be the old sim being used in the NEW PHONE
