I have had boost for almost two months now. for the last two weeks I have had to call customer service every day.
I never get my txts when they are sent to me.
I usally get them at 4-6 in the morning waking me up every morning.
Consantly have to try multiable times to get a call to go thru and when they do go thru calls drop anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.
today none of my txts have came thru.
Customer reps even admit they have over sold the product.
Why do they keep taking new customers when they cant get service to work for the ones they have?
I am ashamed that I recomended this service to friends when I first got it.

Are you using the CRAPPY iden service? If so, those are the same problems OTHERS had (including me) so I CANCELLED IT AND SOLD THE PHONE. Goodbye IDEN, hello CDMA!

Why don't you guys research the service than first. All you see is that you are going to get unlimited service for $50 and you are automatically basing switching your service over. Now I bet you wished you had huh! It's ridiculous.

well i'm sorry you guys are having issues... i admit i have a few issues here and there but not often once in a blue moon... did you even set up your phone properly when you got it? there is a notifications section in your phone under settings then phone calls.... your phone is on delay all by default, meaning all your calls and messages will be delayed... check recieve all and the problem should stop... if not then you proble live in a crappy area connection wise... i personally LOVE boost as does my husband, we have had it 6 months now and when i have had a problem they have helped me right away, and VERY professionally, they treat you how you treat them... customer service is a bad gig at any job, cut them some slack....

I had some serious service problems for 3 months straight. Then i got a different phone, and it solved the problems. I believe the problems people experience is with the phone itself. Keep the receipt and take it back to exchange it. It literately made all the difference for me.
