I, Cynthia Ponder have been a boost mobile customer for over a year. I do know how to call to reach the closest cell tower for my cellphone. I live in Asheville, NC. I am starting to drop calls that I would not lose normally. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. Does anyone else have the shrinkage plan? I got a text message from Boost last week stating that anyone with the unlimited plan would no longer be able to receive or send media mail free. Did anyone else receive that message?
Thank you,
Cynthia Ponder

It is probably the phone provider, u would probably be better of with Verizon or AT and T , u might have to pay a little more but if u can afford it then it's definitely worth the extra cost

Re: boost mobile cell phone tower search
If you don't normally have issues with dropped calls, there might be a problem with a tower in your area. You probably should call Boost Mobile and report the issue. If you have an iDEN phone, that could also be the reason why. Boost Mobile is not supporting iDEN anymore, so you would need to upgrade to a CDMA phone. If you post the model of your phone I'd be happy to check for you. I haven't heard anything about picture messaging (MMS).
