The HTC Windows Phone 8X has been recently launched in the US by AT&T and more recently by Verizon, but T-Mobile has been one of the first carriers to show an interest into offering the HTC WP 8 flagship phone on a contract, and as a result they've announced that the handset will be "coming soon" since September.

Now we're pretty much halfway through November and Magenta has just released the Windows Phone 8X on their network at the price of $199 alongside a 2-year agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate. The carrier is also selling the unlocked model at the unsubsidized price of $599.99.

It appears that unlike AT&T and Verizon, T-Mobile offers only the California Blue device at this point, with no word as to whether or not that will change in time.

Spec-wise the HTC Windows Phone 8X -or HTC 8X on short- takes advantage of an S-LCD 2 4.3 inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 and a pixel density of 342 ppi, Corning Gorilla Glass 2, a Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, an Adreno 225 graphics chip, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage with no options of expanding.

Additionally the 8X arrives with an 8MP camera on the back coupled with a 2.1 MP shooter on the front, both of which take advantage of ImageSense, Beats Audio and a 1,800 mAh battery.

In case you're interested in buying the HTC Windows Phone 8X on-contract from T-Mobile, you'll find a link to their online shop below.
