Play a cell phone game on computer

I have about 300 cell phone games on my computer. Is there any way to play these on my computer first. I would like to move the good ones to my cellphone. There is two files a jar and a jad

Get kemulator. It will run all java application as well as your games on pc. Just goole it, you will find. And load the jar file.
