I have a jabra jx10 for my samsung a920 and am having issues when trying to answer my call waiting using the headset, when I try to switch calls it cuts me off. What am I doing wrong here? Am I not getting my timing right when hitting the answer button? Could it be something with my bluetooth settings on my phone? thanks for any help.

Id like to help, but I haven't had to use call waiting while using my JX10. Check your jabra manual and the commands that your phone allows for a blue tooth headset. I have used redialing successfully, my JX10 manual states for call waiting... " PRESS the answer/end button to put the active call on hold and answer the waiting call... PRESS the answer/end button to switch between the two calls... TAP... THE ANSWER END BUTTON TO END THE ACTIVE CONVERSATION.
The trick is, it seems is to practice the TAP and the PRESS differential.

Aepple I was using a plantronics set before this that lets me answer the call waiting without any issues so I'am guessing its not my phones's bluetooth settings then? I guess your right maybe the trick is to get the timing right when tapping the button? BTW I think this is a great head set I'am very please with the jabra jx10/samsung A920 combo,I used to have a razor from cingular wireless but found sprint's free incoming plans more attractive. But I do miss my razor for its thinness though.
