I misplaced my phone outside of the service area and dont remember my password. What can I do? I have the gps locator alarm on, i think, but cant send the msg. to activate it.

You'll have to tell us what phone you have
Regardless, if the phone is outside of the service area, but it is getting a GPS signal you'll be able to find it if you have the password. If you don't have the password then recovering the phone is not going to be easy.
