I need a phone that costs as little as it can. Most importantly all I need is that it has a lot of memory itself or a memory card slot, could connect to wifi and would it have a camera that takes non-potato quality pictures. Again, as cheap as it can be. Thanks!

Really don't care about the OS, for as long as it's not REALLY uncommon so that I could look it up online if I break something. Don't care about the carriers either, but I should mention that I'm European.

I think you should go for non-brand Chinese phones. You can search on Ebay and Amazon for cheap phones. But there is problem of warranty and service.

If you want smartphone, Lumia 520 gophone is $30 from Amazon. Windows 8.1 is pretty slick. Saw you can buy unlock codes from ebay. Not sure if it works.

Are you looking for quality or the cheapest phone. Some plans offer a free phone and a few offer a way to earn free cell phone service. You may spend a few dollars at first but in the long run you may have a phone that you can use for free.
