Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the OneTouch Elevate to your computer via USB
- Swipe the Status bar down and connect the phone as a disk drive
- From the AutoPlay window on the PC, double-click Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer
- Access the Media directory on your phone
- In a separate Explorer window, locate the desired audio files on your PC
- Drag the files and drop them in the Media directory on your phone (preferably in the Ringtones and / or Notifications folders
- After the transfer is done, click the mass storage device icon in the system tray, eject, and safely disconnect the phone
Change the Phone Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer
- Access Settings
- Tap Sound under Device
- Swipe to Call Ringtone & Vibrate and tap Phone ringtone
- Tap the ringtone you want to use and tap OK
- Optionally you can disable or enable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phones internal storage.
- Launch Contacts
- Select the contact you want to add a custom ringtone to
- Tap Edit (icon shaped like a pencil)
- Tap Menu > Set ringtone
- Tap the desired ringtone and press OK to set it
Change the Notification Sound:
- Access the phones Settings menu
- Swipe to Device and tap Sound & notification
- Under Sound, tap Default Notification Sound
- Select the desired audio look and tap OK
