Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Access “All Contacts” and tap “+”
  4. Select an account to sync the contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. When ready, tap “Done” to save the contact

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Select “Import / Export”
  4. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  5. Depending on the selection, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import or export

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts” and access “All contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to delete
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Press “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm and remove the contact

Link a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above if you wish to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. In addition, you can organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping one widget on top of another.

View and Clear the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call history”
  4. Tap a call log entry to view more details about it
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear history”
  6. Tap “Clear call history” to confirm

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  5. Tap “Create a new group” and enter the desired group name
  6. Press “OK”
  7. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  6. Select the desired group and tap “Back” to confirm the changes
