Block Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts on the home screen
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the desired contact / phone number to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn on All calls to voicemail
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Select the blocked contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn off All calls to voicemail
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Block [phone number]
- Tap OK to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact / phone number will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive message notification for messages sent by blocked contacts.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu
- Tap Unarchive > Menu > People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Turn On Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Select Call Forwarding (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
- Edit and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unreachable, When unanswered or When busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update / Enable
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
- Tap Disable to confirm
