    It's easy - just convert the bitrate of the song! You'll need a converter though. The quality of the song is low, but it's around 3 times better than amr!

    how about being MORE helpful?

    I suggest that you download from www.goldwave.com - their program has a generous "trial" period and will allow you to cut MP3's and save them at a lower quality/mono file....
