I am not a technical sort but I am investigating a case of family violence and hope that you, the readers can help me as I don't have access to an IT person who can assist.
New Diamond touch and deleted text messages. Is it possible for a person who is in possession of the phone, to retrieve the data from the text messages by linking it to a computer. Apparently the phone is taken each evening and linked to a PC.
Carrier is Bell Mobility in Canada.

Re: Text messages
Well...its not quite possible to retrieve text messages from the local ie ur handset...the operator usually has a log of all the messages sent and recd by the user..but it sometimes is at his discretion to store them or delete it .Most of it cos its quite useless to the operator (depending on him charging the messages or not ) so he deletes them .Approaching your service provider/operator will be th best way out here.
