problem with htc touch pro2

i have had my new htc tps for almost 2 weeks the problem i am having is when sending a text message the phone was alerting me when the message was sent as well as a notification coming up on the screen, now its a delay with the notification coming up on the screen and no alert. Can do a soft reset and will work for few minues. Have already done 2 hard resets, tired of losing all my info. have called sprint they have no idea? Any one else having this problem or know how to fix it without resetting factory settings?

It sounds like you have a problem with the phone. It's obviously conflicting with either the software on the phone, or your phone needs to have the firmware updated. If you use any 3rd party apps, try uninstalling and see if that fixes the problem. If you don't have 3rd party apps, try to get a replacement unit directly from Sprint. My Touch Pro2 works perfectly, so you might just have a bad apple from the factory.

I must say I disagree with the OP

I just fixed a phone with this same problem. You need to get the phone to the notifications screen and dismiss all of them. That worked for the phone that I fixed, hope it works for you as well.
