Block Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Tap People
- Press Menu > Manage contact
- Tap Blocked contacts"
- Tap Add and perform one of the following:
- To block a number: enter the phone number then tap OK
- To block an existing contact:
- Mark the check box associated with the contact you wish to block
- Tap Save
- If you want to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking, tap OK
Unblock a Number:
- Open the apps drawer
- Tap People
- Press Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts
- Tap Menu again and tap to Remove block contacts
- Select the contacts / numbers you want to unblock
- Tap Delete
Block Messages:
- From the home screen, open Messages
- Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the sender you want to block
- Tap Message options > Block contact
Unblock Messages from a Number:
- Launch Messages
- Press Menu and tap Block list
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Press Menu > Unblock contacts
Forward All Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Tap Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the apps drawer and go to Settings"
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap Update
