Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Desire 630 to your computer via USB
- Swipe the Status bar down on the home screen and enable Media device (MTP) if necessary
- On the computer, open the File Explorer and use it to locate the desired audio files
- Copy the files from the computer and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones / Notifications folders
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB
Change the General Ringtone:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Settings and tap Personalize
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap Apply
Set a Custom Ringtone to a Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch People
- Select the desired contact and tap Ringtone
- Select the ringtone you want to use for the contact
- Tap Apply
Change the Notification Alert:
- Open the phones Settings menu
- Scroll to and tap Sound & Notifications
- Tap Notification sound
- Tap the notification alert you want to set
- Tap Apply
