    Enabling Bluetooth:

    1. Tap and hold the notification bar at the top of the display, then drag it down
    2. Tap the "Bluetooth" icon to enable / disable the feature

    Pairing With Another Bluetooth Device:

    1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
    2. Tap "System settings"
    3. If necessary, tap the switch associated with "Bluetooth" in order to enable the feature
    4. Tap "Bluetooth" (the name, not the switch)
    5. Your device should now automatically start searching for other Bluetooth devices. If the desired device does not appear in the list, then tap "Search for devices" at the bottom of the display
    6. After the scan is complete, tap the name of the Bluetooth device that you wish to pair with
    7. Verify that both devices have the same passkey and then tap "Pair". Note: by default, most Bluetooth devices have the passkey "0000" or "1234"

    Enabling / Disabling Wi-Fi Connectivity:

    1. Drag the notification bar down
    2. Tap the "Wi-Fi" icon to disable or enable Wi-Fi

    Connecting to a Wi-Fi Network:

    1. While viewing one of the home screens, press the "Menu" button on your handset
    2. Tap "System settings"
    3. If necessary, press the switch associated with "Wi-Fi" and bring in the "On" position
    4. Tap "Wi-Fi" (the text itself, not the switch)
    5. In the list that appears, select the network that you wish to connect to. If the desired network is not in the list, then press the "Menu" button on your device and select "Scan". To add a Wi-Fi network manually, tap the "+" icon and enter the network's information
    6. In the pop-up that appears for the Wi-Fi network, enter the password (if required) and then tap "Connect"

    Enabling / Disabling Wi-Fi Hotspot:

    Note that, in order to be able and use Mobile Hotspot, you need to benefit from a service plan that offers this particular feature.

    1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
    2. Press "System settings"
    3. Tap "More" under "Wireless & Networks"
    4. Press "Tethering & portable hotspot"
    5. Tap "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot" to mark the checkbox and enable the feature

    Setting Up Wi-Fi Hotspot:

    1. While viewing one of the home screens, press the "Menu" key on your device
    2. Tap "System settings"
    3. Under "Wireless & Networks", tap "More"
    4. Select "Tethering & portable hotspot"
    5. Tap "Portable WI-Fi hotspot settings". Here you will find the Network SSID, Security type, Password and more. Tap these options to edit them
    6. If you wish to change the maximum number of allowed connections, tap "Maximum Wi-Fi clients"
    7. Select the number of maximum allowed clients
    8. Tap "Portable WI-Fi hotspot" to enable mobile hotspot (mark the checkbox)

    Enabling / Disabling Roaming:

    1. While on the home screen, tap the "Menu" key on your device
    2. Go to "System settings"
    3. Press "More" under "Wireless & Networks"
    4. Tap "Mobile networks"
    5. Select "Roaming"
    6. Tap "Roaming mode"
    7. Select "Home only" to disable roaming, or "Automatic" to enable this feature
    8. When enabled (Automatic), you can mark the checkboxes associated with the desired options to enable or disable them. (Note that, while roaming mode is set to "Home only", these settings are disabled

    Enabling / Disabling Sprint Connections Optimizer:

    In order to achieve optimal performance, Sprint recommends that this feature should be left enabled

    1. Press the "Menu" key on your device while viewing a home screen
    2. Select "System settings"
    3. Tap "More" under "Wireless & Networks"
    4. Select "Mobile networks"
    5. Tap "Connections Optimizer"
    6. Tap the checkbox to mark / unmark it (enable or disable Sprint Connection Optimizer)
