Kyocera E3100 Rio Disable "Starting Registration"

Hello Everyone,
How can I disable "Starting Registration" on a Cricket Kyocera E3100? I'm trying to use this phone on a smaller carrier, prl loads calls go out, wap settings are in. However, every time I press anything on the front screen, the phone goes into "Starting Registration". I cant seem to disable it. How do I disable that? DO I need a flash file? Help please.

What carrier are you trying to use it on?

I want to use it with PagePlus. I already loaded the PRL and data settings. I get phone calls and text, but whenever I press anything on the home screen I get the "starting registration" screen. It must be some sort of service provision that needs to be disabled. Any ideas?
