LG Optimus Black: Contact Ringtones

There is a set of ringtones available for Contacts which are different to the range of default ringtones. Is there any way of using one of the contact ringtones as default for all incoming calls....... other than allocating the same ringtone to each contact !!!

If you go to the dialer > menu > call settings - there should be an option for ringtones and then 'device ringtones' or something like that, which is the 'default' ringtone for everything.
