Retrieve contacts from GR700 Vu Plus?

My wife smashed her GR700 and the lcd screen is no longer visible. We got a new phone but all her old contact information was evidently stored on the old GR700 phone, not the SIM card. I've tried connecting the phone to both PC and Mac via USB to see if there was any way i could get her old contacts off the GR700 so she can migrate those to her new phone, with no luck. The computers recognize the phone is connected but there are no apps or other interfaces (that I can find) to view or interact with the phone. She has a private business with a LOT of contacts. This is the LG Vu Plus, right? There is a way to move contacts to the sim card, but since the screen is broken this makes it a little more difficult.

You might want to try LG PC Suite: LG PC Suite: Manage Your Photos, Videos and Music | LG Hong Kong

I don't think the Vu Plus is in that list, but you can select something similar.
