My name is Tomas and i have a problem with LG PRADA phone. The thing is after i upgraded the phone using LG suit application on my laptop it is not opening all i see is the PRADA logo displaying again and again and even i don't really know how to Hard reset the device. could some one help me please i need this urgently.
