Sync iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone accounts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the LG Stylo 2 Plus.

  1. Open iTunes on the computer
  2. Establish a connection between your iPhone and PC using the Lightning connector
  3. In iTunes, click the iPhone once it’s detected
  4. Access “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  6. Sign in with your Google account or alternatively click “Configure” and select an existing account
  7. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  8. Once the sync is complete, switch to the LG Stylo 2 Plus and register the same Google account
  9. Allow the account to sync contacts with your phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have already been backed on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with access to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the computer and then follow one of these steps:
    • Import the vCard via “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the LG Stylo 2 Plus to your computer using the USB connector, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and import its contents using “Contacts”

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications instead. My Contacts Backup is an app for iOS that can be used to back up iPhone contacts in vCard format and share them via email.

  1. Open the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the app
  3. Tap “Backup” to create a vCard containing all your contacts
  4. Once done, tap “Email” and ensure the vCard is attached
  5. Send the email and vCard attachment to your own address
  6. Switch to the LG phone, open the email, and download the vCard attachment
  7. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app (on Android and iOS) you can use to transfer iPhone contacts cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Install the app on the LG Stylo 2 Plus via the Play Store
  3. Launch the app on both devices
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send” again
  6. Lastly, choose your transfer method, such as “Receive” on the LG device or “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, and follow any additional on-screen steps that may follow
