SPY BUBBLE MP3s don't play?

I am testing spy bubble, and I noticed that when recording environment or call, I can download the mp3 file but it won't play in media player, itunes, audacity, Adobe audition, or Sonar. None of them can play the file.

Has anyone used spy bubble and figured this out?

It is in an HTC G2 running Android 2.3.4

You may find a compatible spy from spy-mobile-phone, the software will not have any conflicts with other apps on the phone.
