Is there an app to monitor your kid's iphone activity?

Is there an app to monitor your kid's iphone activity? I want to monitor my kid's web browsing history on his iPhone. There seem to be plenty of apps out there that will let me see that as well as everything else, however they all require me to jail break the phone. However, I'd rather avoid that.
