My razr had fallen off my computer desk. When i picked it up i opened it up and the screen was working fine. Then about 20 minutes later i opened it and nothing works except the keypad lights. I removed the battery and put it back in the phone and nothing changed. What the problem? Do you think I need a new phone?

take the phone into Cingular and ask them to look at it.

I'm currently having the same problem. It happened before and the screen eventually just came back...but stupid me I dropped it again. I've had this phone for four years and have dropped it multiple times and this never happened-if you find a solution though that would be great!!
