Howdy stopsign21212,
Unless you are willing to read some information on modifying your phone, and willing to follow the directions fully, or risk turning your phone into a paperweight, then there is no EASY way to do what you want.
If on the other hand you are willing to buy a data cable and download a program or to to modify your phone, then the answer is yes, it's just not EASY.

The above link is a good place to lern how to modify your phone, and a good place to download the problems you'll need to do it. You will of course need to learn a few things, and backup your phone's software before you start, as if you mess up without a backup, you will own a brick, for the most part, unless you hunt up how to correct way to unbrick your phone.Last edited by BlkBear; 02-13-2006 at 04:13 PM.

headset volume is also control by the earpiece volume, on some bluetooth headsets volume can be control from the headset itself.

This is not something you want to do if you are not the type of person to want to fiddle with the working of your phone's software. But the links I I gave before are a good start.
This is a link that will hopefully point you where you want to go, to increase the voulme gain for your phone and or headset.
