I recently bought an unlocked motorola razr2 v9. (initial provider was Telstra)
I put my Rogers Sim card in (which is from Canada)
Phone worked fine, went to Motorola website on the computer
said there was 3 software updates, all updates installed to the phone
(Canadian Rogers updates)

restarted phone, when i power on the phone and push any button
the phone locks up, have to manually take out battery to power it off

Went to back Motorola website found a selection to restore original settings
loaded up to 90 % then phone locked up again

The motorola software on my computer doesn't not recognize the phone

Is there a way to fix this problem?
