How-to: Microsoft Lumia 532: Block Messages & Calls; Forward Calls

Block Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
2. Swipe to the “history” screen
3. Tap and hold the phone number to block
4. Tap “block number…”
5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Block Messages:

1. Swipe the Start screen left
2. Scroll to and tap “Messaging”
3. Tap and hold the number you want to block messages from
4. Tap “block number…” > “OK”

Unblock a Number (Calls & Messages):

1. Swipe the Start screen left
2. Tap “Settings”
3. Scroll to and tap “call + SMS filter”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Tap and hold the phone number you wish to unblock
6. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Forward All Calls:

1. Tap the “Phone” tile on the Start screen
2. Tap “…” in the lower-right corner of the screen
3. Tap “Settings”
4. Swipe to and tap “Call forwarding” to turn the switch “ON”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Save”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the start screen
2. Tap “…” in the lower-right area of the screen
3. Tap “settings”
4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to disable the feature
