Using a Google Account:
NOTE: Using a Google account you can sync the contacts from the SGSIII, and re-sync them between the account and the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. To do so:

- From the home screen press "Menu"
- Tap "Settings" and go to "My Accounts"
- Tap "Google" and tap your "email address" or "user name"
- Tap "Sync now" or clear > mark the check box associated with "Sync Contacts"
- Switch to the Core Prime and register the same Google account
- Tap "Apps" > "Settings" and select the desired account
- Press "Menu" > "Sync all"
Using the "Contacts" App:
NOTE: Using the default "Contacts" app on the SGSIII and Core Prime you can transfer your contacts by exporting > importing them in the form of a vCard file, which can be transferred manually or via email.
- Open the "Contacts" app on the Galaxy SIII
- From the "Contacts" tab press "Menu"
- Tap "Contacts to display"
- Tap "All contacts"
- Press "Menu" > "Import /Export"
- Tap "Export to SD card" and make sure you remember the file name for future use
- Open the email client and compose a new email
- Attach the vCard file to the email and send it to your Gmail address
- Switch to the Galaxy Core Prime and open the email
- Download the attached file and launch the "Contacts" app
- Press "Menu" > "Import / Export" > "Import from SD card"
- Select an account if necessary and import the vCard file to it
NOTE: You can also transfer your contacts over to the Core Prime by connecting both smartphones to your computer via USB, and copy-pasting the file manually from one phone's storage to the other. Then the contacts can be imported using the "Contacts" app
Using "Send Anywhere":
NOTE: Last but not least you can use various third party apps to transfer your contacts. Send Anywhere is an app that can be used to transfer files and contacts over a peer-2-peer connection, even cross platform.
- Open the Play Store and install "Send Anywhere" on both Samsung devices
- Launch the app on both smartphones
- On the Galaxy SIII, tap "Send" > "Contacts"
- Mark the contacts you wish to transfer and tap "Send"
- Choose the desired transfer method. Tapping "Generate QR Code" on the SGSIII allows you to create a code that can be scanned with the Core Prime's camera to begin the transfer. You can also tap "Receive" on the Galaxy Core Prime and manually add the randomly generated code from the SGSIII
