Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” and access “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable”, or “Forward when busy”
  5. Add or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the call forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Turn off”

Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list” and perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and optionally, choose a “Match criteria”
    • To block calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the contact / entry you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: set the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages, follow the steps above and tap “Remove from spam” instead

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Enable “Spam filter”
  4. Turn on “Manage spam numbers” and perform one of the steps below:
    • Tap “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select the phone number to block
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
  5. Press “Back” to confirm the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Spam filter”
  4. Go to “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to block
  6. Press “Back” to confirm
