Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” and go to “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Perform one of these steps:
    • To block a call log entry: open “Contacts” and access “Logs” or “Contacts”, then, select the phone number or contact you want to block
    • To block a phone number: enter the phone number and make sure “Exactly the same as” is checked
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” and access “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and select “Remove from spam”

Block / Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Enable “Spam filter” and then tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block, or tap “+” > “Inbox” / “Contacts”
  6. Tap “Back” to confirm

NOTE: To unblock messages, you can follow the first 4 steps above and then tap “-“ next to the contact / phone number you want to unblock
