As i am aware there is samsung pc studio 3.0/3.1/7.0 and samsung kies applications to connect samsung GT-C5212i phone to personal computers.. But guys this is not happening and i have tried all the necessary configuration.. Please can any body let me know how to solve this issue, as am in great need to take my phone backup immediately

What happens when you try to connect to the phone using pc studio?

Hi.. It says "device is not supported" with the PC studio application. but when i connect my phone through "mass storage" i can see "my files" contents i.e. all the images, sound files of my phone. I guess there might be problem with drivers.. if so, can u please help me to find or download proper device driver and PC studio application, As i am not able to take the backup of my mobile phone - especially contacts...
Your response will be more help full in this regard..
