Is there a way to disable net access on Tracfone Samsung T330G

My brother got this phone from Safelink, he is disabled and does not need web access we would like to know how to disable access. The browser button is in a place that is easy to hit, I am not sure he would know if he has activated the web and use up all his minutes.

You can call your provider and have them shut off data for your account.
