Adding a Gmail Account:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Gmail"
  3. Tap "Existing" if you already have a Gmail account
    • If you wish to create a new Gmail account, tap "New" and follow the on-screen instructions
  4. Tap the "Email" field and enter your email. Tap the password and provide your Gmail password
  5. Press the "Next" arrow
  6. Read the on-screen information then tap "OK"
  7. Read the purchasing information and choose either "Set up credit card" or "Not Now".
    • Note: In order to be able and make purchases on the Google Play Store with your account, you need to set up your credit card.
  8. Read the "Backup and restore" information, then tap the "Next" arrow
  9. To add more Gmail accounts, access the Gmail app then tap the "Menu" key > "Settings" > "Add account"

Setting Up Gmail Notifications:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Gmail"
  3. Tap the "Menu" key on your device
  4. Select "Settings" then tap your email address
  5. Tap "Notifications" to enable or disable Gmail notifications
  6. Tap "Sound & vibrate" to select a desired option for notifications.
    • - Tap "Sound" to set the desired notification tone
    • - Tap "Vibrate" to enable or disable haptic feedback for notifications

Attaching a File and Sending an Email:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Gmail"
  3. If you have more than one Gmail account, tap "Inbox" and select the desired account
  4. Press the "Compose" icon depicting an envelope next to a "+" symbol
  5. Enter your recipient's email address in the "To" field. Alternatively, you can tap the "Contacts" icon and select the desired recipient from your contacts list
  6. Tap the "Subject" field and type-in the desired subject
  7. Tap "Compose email" and write the desired message
  8. Press the "Menu" key and select "Attach picture" or "Attach video"
  9. Browse through your files and select the one that you wish to attach to your email
  10. When ready, press the "Send" icon (depicting an arrow)

Deleting Emails:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen and select "Gmail"
  2. In case you have multiple Gmail accounts, tap "Inbox" and select the desired account
  3. Tap the checkbox located to the left of each message that you wish to delete
  4. Tap the "Trash can" icon to delete the selected messages
