Re: ringtones
mobiles24 has a lot of tones for free, but beware of spyware and adware on their site. i recomend sandboxie its a good program to block adware while surfing

Re: ringtones
Why not make your own? All you need is a USB data cable, software to access your phone's file system (e.g., bitpim), and a free program like Audacity to be able to edit the songs or sounds to be used as ringtones.

Re: ringtones
I have to agree on the ringtones. They are priced way too high.

Re: ringtones
At one of our "sister sites" (wirelessadvisor.com), there is a link where people upload and download ringtones. Sometimes people want particular stock ringtones from cellphone models; I have been able to get files off of old cellphones (e.g., my wife's old Moto V325i) and upload them to the following link:
Ringtones ~ Wallpapers ~ Games ~ Mods - WirelessAdvisor.com Forums Cell Phone Forums
It's worth a look, especially if you are looking for a particular ringtone. If you don't see what you want, you can ask ... maybe someone will have it and would be willing to upload it. No need to get scammed with high prices anymore!

Re: ringtones
There are a few sites on the web that have on-line software to make your own ringtones, too. You upload music you have bought, edit it to the length you want, then send it to your phone. Search "make your own ringtone" and stuff like that. Don't pay for ringtones when you can legally get them free!
