There's another lawsuit in the making and this time it's with Sony Ericsson and Clearwire. It's obvious that the two logos above look very similar and this is what Sony Ericsson has filed a lawsuit over. According to Sony Ericsson, Clearwire's logo can be very confusing to customers.

Sony Ericsson has filed the lawsuit in Virginia. Sony Ericsson's logo has the trademark sphere with the green color. Clearwire has a similar sphere, with the same colors, but does appear a little different. Sony Ericsson does not want Clearwire to go on with its logo and has asked the courts to forbid Clearwire to use it. As of right now, Clearwire has no intention of changing its logo.

In fact, these days it's not that difficult. There are companies that can help you and save you time and money. I used the services of europe trademark registration and was very satisfied with the quality of work and time spent. I can confidently recommend you to use their services of Profitmark.
