Mother Board Sony Xperia Z

I have a Sony Xperia Z mother board from my broken phone. The mother board was working as i dismantled the phone. Will this still have all my important private stuff on it.... e.g: paswords etc. Is it safe to sell like this and is there a way to remove it with out phone.

The phone memory is on the motherboard. The only way to clear it is to give it power, hook it up to a computer, and delete everything.
