Call Blocking
Blocking Calls from a Number:
- Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
- Launch "Contacts"
- Tap the name of a contact you wish to block
- Tap the "Edit" icon and press "Menu"
- Mark the "All calls to voicemail" check box
Unblocking a Number:
- Launch the "Contacts" application
- Tap the name of a blocked contact
- Press the "Edit" icon and tap "Menu"
- Clear the check box next to "All calls to voicemail"
Call Forwarding
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):
- Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
- Swipe to and tap "Settings"
- Under "Device", tap "Call settings"
- Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
- Tap "Enable"
Forwarding Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):
- Tap "Applications" while on the home screen and go to "Settings"
- Scroll to "Device" and tap "Call settings"
- Swipe to and tap "Call forwarding"
- Select "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
- If necessary, enter the phone number to forward the calls to. Alternatively, tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
- Tap "Enable"
Cancel Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Tap "Settings" and scroll to "Device"
- Tap "Call Settings"
- Swipe down and tap "Call forwarding"
- Tap "Always forward" and touch "Disable"
Call Log Management
Viewing the Call Log:
- Tap "Phone" while viewing a home screen
- To view additional details on a call log entry, tap the "Arrow" icon associated with it
- View the additional call details under "Duration"
Resetting the Call Log:
- Tap "Phone" from the home screen
- Tap the "Menu" icon located in the lower-right corner
- Touch "Clear call log"
