does anyone know how i can send a midi file to my t-mobile phone as a form of attachment so i can download it directly from the file? because i have a t-mobile siemens CF62 with out the net access.

You need net access to be able to receive an attachment on your phone.
You could also post the MIDI file on a server and access it via a WAP site, or as an SMS containing a link, but you still need net access to initiate the download..
